Cancelling before shipping
You can cancel an order at any time before it ships. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
Message us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or refund the affected items.
Returns
To protect product integrity, we cannot accept returns of vials once they have left our control, except for the cases above.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back through the method you paid with: Thai QR / PromptPay and bank transfer payments are refunded to your bank account, and card payments made through a secure payment link are refunded through the payment provider to your card. Refunds are usually sent within 5 business days of approval.
Unpaid orders
Orders that are not paid within 7 days are cancelled automatically. No payment is taken.
