Checking a lab report
Every lot is tested by an independent laboratory (Janoshik Analytical). Each product page and our Lab Reports page list the report number for the current lot. You can check that number on the laboratory's own website. A result applies only to the lot tested.
Storage and handling
Products ship as lyophilized powder in sealed glass vials. Store at 2–8 °C for short-term storage; −20 °C for long-term storage, and handle products only in a suitable laboratory. We do not give dosing, preparation or administration guidance.
Ordering and payment
- Add products to your cart and go to checkout.
- Choose Thai QR / PromptPay, a credit or debit card through a secure payment link, or bank transfer.
- We confirm your payment, then pack your order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 7 days.
Shipping
- Standard Shipping $20, with tracking.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $100 or more.
- Express Shipping $30, always charged.
